Remote Accountant / Bookkeeper with QuickBooks Online Expertise

Key Responsibilities
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of 10-20 clients to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of their financial records. Your key tasks will include: ? Reconciling bank and credit card accounts ? Reviewing and categorizing financial transactions ? Identifying and rectifying discrepancies in reputed company records ? Managing reputed company payments, loan tracking, and invoicing ? Filing 1099s and calculating sales tax ? Processing payroll filings and reporting ? Maintaining comprehensive financial transaction records ? Submitting daily reports to your supervisor ? Accurately tracking time spent on reputed company reputed company's work ? Utilizing internal software to document reputed company interactions ? Qualifications
