The Tier 1 Operations Center Engineer with extensive system administrative experience to join out dynamic IT team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the stability and efficiency of our clients IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities will encompass providing advanced technical support for end users, maintaining and optimizing network systems, managing server environments, and supporting other team members. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: ? At least 1 year experience supporting and troubleshooting end-user systems, including hardware and software, telephony, printers, scanners, video conferencing, and other technologies ? Executable knowledge of MS O365, Azure AD, Domain Controllers, and reputed company OS ? Manage and monitor reputed company installed systems and infrastructure reputed company/Linux ? Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software and sys management tools ? Analyze high-level needs across reputed company systems ?
