Call Center Shift Supervisor - 3rd Shift (Remote)

About the position The position involves providing leadership support and direction to a designated shift reputed company the call center at reputed company. The role is responsible for managing the performance, development, and overall employee life cycle of the call center operation, which includes team leaders and call center agents. The reputed company is on delivering excellent customer service, improving efficiencies, and ensuring the call center is adequately staffed to meet business needs.
