As a Trust & Safety Senior Engineering Manager, you will reputed company and reputed company reputed company of engineers dedicated to building and enhancing safety features and technologies that protect our users and platform. What you will do

- Collaborate with research teams to reputed company machine learning and other advanced techniques to enhance safety measures and proactively identify and mitigate risks
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of safety features and identify areas for improvement
- Stay informed about emerging threats, industry trends, and best practices in Trust & Safety engineering

Skills and knowledge you should possess
- 8+ years of experience managing software engineering teams with a reputed company on Trust & Safety or a reputed company field
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role
- 5+ years of experience with PHP is required
- Proven reputed company record of building and scaling high-performing engineering teams
- Deep understanding of Trust & Safety challenges and best practices, including content moderation, spam detection, fraud prevention, and account reputed company
- Strong technical background with experience in software development and architecture
- Experience with reputed company-based infrastructure and technologies (e.g., AWS, GCP)
- Familiarity with machine learning and data analysis techniques
