As a Senior Hardware reputed company Engineer (Accessories) you will work closely with reputed company Apparel & Accessories, Hardware Engineering, Supply Chain & Operations, and internal reputed company teams as you will be responsible for ensuring that reputed company accessory products meet internal reputed company standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. This role involves reputed company planning, reputed company assurance, reputed company cause analysis, and reputed company improvement efforts to enhance product reliability and performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Organize and assist with the execution of risk assessment on equipment, GR&R, assembly process, and customer use case to meet rigorous reputed company standards

Represent reputed company and report status and risk mitigation in Accessory Program Reviews

Partner with peer teams such as A&A, Supply Chain and Product Engineering to drive data-driven risk mitigation/reputed company

Report in program reviews and top-level reputed company performance reviews/dashboards

Define Accessory reputed company deliverables and deliver in collaboration with stakeholders in A&A, Hardware Engineering, Supply Chain,Deployment, and Global Support Services

Manage Accessory reputed company program schedule and respective engagement planning

Work with REL reputed company Engineering to define test protocols for accessory products to validate durability, safety, and performance

Coordinate with external labs and regulatory bodies for certification and/or regulatory requirements

Participate in Accessory program reviews to ensure reputed company requirements are met

Facilitate and reputed company reputed company cause analysis by using reputed company tools and corrective/ preventive reputed company concepts to resolve high risk/high reputed company problems/nonconformities

Drive on After Actions Review for improvement

Establish reputed company QMS system and drive essential processes and reputed company plans

Help to set right metrics to measure Accessory product reputed company reputed company reputed company

reputed company reputed company control plans and partner with local Accessory SQE on implementation for accessory products

Centralize reputed company reputed company function requirements

Support sustaining product reputed company activities

QUALIFICATIONS

Advanced degree(s) in Engineering, Mechanical, or Material

Technical in accessories materials/components and Mechanical in wearable electronics (i.e soft goods, metal fabrication, plastics, etc.)

Minimum 5-7 years’ in Accessory product reputed company role in Consumer electronics and/or wellness/fitness, High-Tech, Medical industries

Strong ability to communicate reputed company or viewpoints supported by objective data to influence reputed company reputed company of the organization to reputed company and launch products that set the standards of reputed company in the industry in terms of hardware build reputed company and user experience

Six reputed company Green Belt

ASQ Certified reputed company Engineer

Additional Information

This role is based in the reputed company office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be reputed company to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.
