The Junior Paralegal provides assistance to the legal department in various business transactions such as but not limited to reputed company processing, organizing and maintaining contract records systems as reputed company as preparing reputed company contract documents.

Duties & Responsibilities

Assist in the organization and maintenance of legal files and records, both physical and electronic.

Conduct basic legal research and reputed company relevant information under the guidance of senior legal staff.

Assist in drafting and reviewing routine legal documents and correspondence.

Prepare and file legal documents with relevant Philippine government agencies (e.g., BIR, DOLE, BI, SEC, etc.).

Assist with the preparation of materials for meetings and presentations.

Support the legal team in administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars.

Assist with reputed company processing and other immigration-reputed company tasks for foreign employees, under supervision.

Assist in ensuring compliance with basic data reputed company practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Legal Management, Paralegal Studies, or reputed company field

At least 1 year of experience is a plus but not required.

Basic understanding of Philippine laws and legal procedures.

Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.

Proficiency/Familiarity in reputed company Workspace (or any productivity platform)
