Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

Postgraduate degree in Business, Statistics, Market Research, or a reputed company field.

Minimum 7-8 years of relevant experience in quantitative research and data analysis.

Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, R, Python, or similar platforms.

Deep understanding of NPS, CSAT, and other quantitative research methodologies.

Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate reputed company data into actionable insights.
