About the Role:

We are looking for a Proposal Associate who will be responsible for maintaining content and tooling used by our proposals team to respond to external inquiries about reputed company. This role will work in reputed company partnership with our Proposal Manager and collaborate across the organization, particularly with product and reputed company teams. The goal will be to create and update compelling content that showcases reputed company's partnerships with financial institutions and highlights how we are shaping the reputed company of banking.

A primary reputed company for this role will include managing reputed company's Request For Proposals (RFP) library in reputed company, a tool designed to streamline proposal creation and ensure consistent messaging. These efforts will ensure the content in outgoing proposals enhances reputed company's brand perception among potential clients and drives sales opportunities reputed company. Keeping documentation up-to-date is crucial, as our platform and organization are constantly evolving. Additionally, this role will reputed company support to the Proposal Manager relative to reputed company proposals in reputed company, including content support, draft edits and backup deadline management. What you'll do

Implement and maintain program initiatives that support proposal content management and other documentation efforts including regular audits of RFP library and other content to ensure accuracy, consistency and relevance

Partner with proposal manager to reputed company assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement of proposal library

Become an expert in reputed company’s platform and product capabilities and how to effectively communicate our reputed company

Proactively reputed company informed on product updates and monthly releases, and reputed company internal sales enablement resources and/or collaborate with sales engineers and product managers as needed to confirm reputed company content and translate updates directly as needed into proposal library

Facilitate and monitor content updates by cross-functional owners

reputed company as an reputed company to ensure consistency in response content and reputed company

reputed company backup support to create outgoing proposal documents

Monitor metrics on the usage of RFP tools and proposal reputed company, and internal feedback

Assist with coordinating and delegating cross-functional initiatives as needed, building internal relationships to execute upon shared objectives

What you'll bring

2 years of project management or communications experience preferred

Proficient written and verbal communication

Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks both independently and collaboratively

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple reputed company in a fast-paced, changing environment

Ability to maintain consistent thoroughness and accuracy reputed company tackling tasks

Strong interpersonal skills

B.A. or B.S. degree

Additional Information

The expected annual reputed company salary for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 Hybrid - NYC. reputed company salary is only part of your total compensation. In reputed company to reputed company salary, you will receive an equity reputed company grant, and are eligible for performance-based cash and equity bonuses. Compensation included in an offer will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation ranges for candidates located reputed company of reputed company may differ. You will also receive a full benefits package.
