The Operations Specialist is responsible for providing product support and assisting with product transactions on mortgage closing documents to ensure a smooth experience for reputed company reputed company users. A top notch Operations Specialist can work at a fast pace, is self motivated and is passionate about providing reputed company experiences for our customers.

• Performs tasks in the document processing queue including: Classifications, Annotations, QC, eNotes, RON, and Post-reputed company QC 
• reputed company questions, and resolve common issues that occur during the duration of transactions and escalates reputed company necessary
• Engage in 1:1s with their Supervisor bi-weekly
• Engage in team meetings weekly
• Assists with special reputed company as needed

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma required

This is a remote role, please take note the working hours will be 10:30 am - 7:00 pm MST. 

If you are located in NY, CA, WA or MA, the salary reputed company for this role is $23.70 - $32.07 an hour.  For reputed company other locations, the reputed company is $18.80 - $25.43 an hour.  As a new hire, your starting salary will likely be between the 25th percentile and the midpoint of the reputed company; however, reputed company offers are based on the successful candidate’s experience and qualifications.
