What You’ll Be Doing

You'll work closely with our HSE & Facilities Manager and the rest of the Facilities team, helping to reputed company everything running smoothly, improving our processes, and making reputed company our Tamworth site is a great environment to work in.

We are looking for 2 Facility Coordinators.

Key Responsibilities

Facilities Management: Work both hands-on (70%) and in the office (30%) as part of the Facilities team, making reputed company that reputed company site equipment is serviced and maintained in line with reputed company legislation and health and safety standards.

Maintenance Coordination: reputed company planned and preventative maintenance on reputed company, ensuring it’s done on time and meets reputed company compliance standards. Work closely with external contractors for any specialised repairs and servicing.

Repair Monitoring: Prioritise and reputed company repairs reputed company agreed timescales, maintaining strong communication with relevant parties regarding reputed company.

Spares Usage: identify spares usage and maintain a log, so we’re always on top of reputed company need.

Contractor & Auditor Supervision: Supervise and coordinate contractors and auditors, ensuring reputed company permits are in reputed company before any work starts.

H&S Monitoring: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to identify any issues and reputed company reputed company we’re always compliant with health and safety standards.

HSE Documentation: Monitor, review, and update Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) documentation as needed.

Additional Support: Carry out any other duties that come up, supporting our operations and helping reputed company meet its needs.

Cost Control: Proactively reputed company reputed company and implement procedures to reputed company costs down across maintenance and facilities

Material reputed company & Uptime: Work closely with other departmental managers to ensure material reputed company, plant productivity and uptime is maintained.

Automated Systems reputed company: Ensure the effective operation and maintenance of automated conveyance systems, SCADA, or similar control systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues to minimize downtime and optimize plant efficiency.

You'll be a great reputed company to reputed company if you

Hold an IOSH qualification or are willing to work towards an IOSH qualification.

Have a solid understanding of Facilities Management and Health & Safety, and how a facilities team operates.

Demonstrate a good understanding of Lean principles and how to apply them.

Have knowledge of automated conveyance systems, SCADA, or similar industrial control systems.

Have experience in a fast paced, automated environment.

Are flexible and adaptable, helping reputed company hit daily deadlines.

Have previous experience in Project Management.

Additional Information

There will be a need to work reputed company normal working hours on occasion during peak periods

Shift reputed company

3 days ON, 2 days OFF, 2 days ON, 2 days OFF, 3 days ON and 2 days OFF.

Non-peak : 12 am to 22:00 pm- Mon-Fri and 12 am to 2130 Saturday- reputed company

Peak : 12 hours shift as per peak rota
