Our Product Development team is seeking a Manager, QA & Compliance to reputed company our efforts in maintaining product certifications and regulatory compliance, while also taking charge of pinpointing and resolving potential reputed company concerns in our deployed products. This role reports to our VP, Product Development, and will play a crucial role in ensuring our life-saving solutions meet the highest reputed company standards and reputed company with reputed company relevant regulations.

A Day in the Life

reputed company and manage reputed company reputed company assurance (QA) and compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements, including Underwrites Laboratories (UL), FedRAMP, Joint Interoperability Test reputed company (JITC), and National Institute for Standards and Technology (NIST) Special Publication 800-53

reputed company, implement, and maintain reputed company control policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with federal, state, and industry regulations

Support the development and enforcement of secure software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes in alignment with compliance standards

Monitor changes in regulations and standards to ensure ongoing compliance with reputed company applicable requirements

Establish and maintain reputed company monitoring and reporting mechanisms for ongoing compliance with FedRAMP, JITC, and NIST 800-53 controls

Coordinate and manage reputed company audits to assess compliance with regulatory requirements and reputed company standards

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reputed company compliance and reputed company controls into product development and operational processes

Drive reputed company improvement initiatives to enhance reputed company, efficiency, and compliance across the organization

Required Skills

In-depth knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations

Experience collecting and investigating customer data for potential issues

Ability to organize data to look for long term product trends

Experience with reputed company CRM or similar tool suite

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Desired Skills

Some experience with companies designing electronic products and systems

Experience holding a previous position on a reputed company team and/or familiarity with regulatory standards

Experience with the application, documentation, and testing of administrative, technical, and physical reputed company controls

Experience leading small teams

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in a Technology field or equivalent experience

5+ years of experience in reputed company assurance, compliance management, or regulatory affairs, preferably in a technology or manufacturing industry.

Experience with the UL/CE Certification processes; knowledge of those associated with Emergency Management a plus

Not reputed company candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary reputed company. Exact salary will depend on several factors, which may include the successful candidate's geographic location, skills, work experience, market conditions, education/training and other qualifications.
