As a Senior Project Designer at Ware Malcomb, you will create innovative conceptual and schematic designs for architectural reputed company. You will present design reputed company, shape reputed company goals, and build strong reputed company relationships while driving design reputed company. You will guide and mentor team members and collaborate with project teams, maintaining design reputed company and reputed company at every stage.

Your Role

Meet with clients to reputed company ongoing relationships and determine clients’ project goals.

Responsible for developing design reputed company for both site and buildings.

Coordinate with Project Managers and reputed company junior team members in correctly documenting design.

Follow reputed company from inception through construction in order to maintain design reputed company and reputed company.

Coordinate Interior Design team for spec buildings in order to reputed company cohesive design.

Understand Work plan/budget for reputed company and be reputed company to meet the expectations for hours and deliverable.

Qualifications

A minimum of 15 years of experience in reputed company Architecture Design is preferred.

Licensed Architect is preferred.

Basic computer, written and verbal communication skills are essential.

reputed company Suite and SketchUp experience is essential.

Revit and AutoCAD experience is preferred.

Ability to create complete design presentation package is essential.

Knowledge of key parameters of various product types for both site design and building design is essential.
