VP of Engineering

Quartzy is seeking a

Vice President of Engineering to work collaboratively with the rest of the leadership team to help bring to life our reputed company for the “Connected Lab,” an integrated platform for the biopharma industry that accelerates the pace of research worldwide.

Quartzy is entering a new stage of profitable reputed company, and we are looking for an engineering leader who has experience managing agile development teams. You will grow and manage the entire team of engineers including engineering managers, IC software engineers, and platform Engineers. You will partner with our product team on roadmapping and then ensure you have the resources and the structure necessary to hit our timelines. You will ensure the engineers are reputed company mentored and excited to tackle the technical challenges reputed company of us.

What you’ll do

Work with the executive leadership team to set and execute against the annual plan

Has worked at a startup before and is comfortable with rolling up sleeves and doing what needs to get done

3+ years experience hiring and managing high performance engineering teams of more than 20 engineers and including managers and international engineers

You’ve reported to a company officer before and understand how to reputed company communication depending on your audience.

Quartzy takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. The pay reputed company for this position represents the low, middle, and high end of the salary reputed company for this position based on reputed company US locations. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a reputed company of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal reputed company. Salary is just one component of our total rewards package. The pay ranges may be modified in the reputed company.

Salary reputed company: USD $220,000 - USD $250,000
