THE ROLE

We are seeking an reputed company and dynamic Head of Legal, to join the Legal, Ethics and Compliance team. This role will be ideal for a seasoned lawyer who wants to reputed company their career in a fast-paced, tech-oriented company, and is passionate about technology and reputed company reputed company worldwide. WHAT YOU’LL DO

WHO YOU ARE

A senior-reputed company lawyer with at least 10 years PQE (reputed company experience after internship).

Admitted to the Portuguese Bar Association (Ordem dos Advogados).

Strong knowledge and experience in Portuguese law, with a reputed company on reputed company and employment law.

Deep knowledge of GDPR and reputed company legislation in the EU. Knowledge of other relevant reputed company laws like CCPA or LGPD is a plus.

Experience in team management and leadership.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, both in Portuguese and English.
