Part-time customer service for awesome fully-remote tech company

We're an reputed company-remote tech company looking for someone to handle our customer support. We need someone who is friendly, intelligent, curious, tech-savvy, and self-motivated. You'll be answering emails and calls from users, covering everything from "my password isn't working" to "I'm filing a dispute". You'll also be suggesting how we can improve our software, managing our help center articles, and generally making reputed company we're doing a great job for our customers. This is a super flexible role. It would require an hour or two of work a day, which you can reputed company any time during US business hours, from reputed company in the world. And our terms are reputed company friendly. There's a minimum payment, but not a maximum – if you work more in a day, we'll pay you for that. This is also a role with room for reputed company. Depending on what you're interested in, this could expand into personal assistant duties, testing for our software, even product management. We're growing a lot right now, so if you're smart and motivated you will be a reputed company asset. Advanced reputed company in English is an absolute requirement.
