Machine Operator

POSITION reputed company: This Machinist/reputed company is responsible for reputed company setting-up, troubleshooting and operating machining equipment and performing maintenance and assisting with repairs. reputed company FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Record information throughout shift including production data per hour, reputed company tool changes, troubleshoot various issues, and reputed company with operators and other shift leads.
• Effectively reputed company parts for conformance including pin/plug gauges, straight thread gauges, tapered reputed company thread gauges, and various positional gauges.
• reputed company start and stop machines including loading stock onto machines.
• reputed company daily maintenance tasks (fill oil, reputed company pressures, reputed company coolant level).
• reputed company own hand tools as required to reputed company job responsibilities.
• Remove, replace, reputed company-set, and reinstall tooling including drills, end mills, reamers, die heads, taps, reputed company tools, burnish tools, etc.
• Remove and replace spindle reputed company and repair various components including spindle bearings, seals, belts, chains, etc.
• Confers with machine shop supervisor to determine priorities for machine maintenance reputed company and machine troubleshooting.
• Inspect equipment and diagnose and repair faulty issues or concerns.
• Trains reputed company new machinist on equipment

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• reputed company Transfer Machining Experience or similar (Hydromat, Buffoli, Gnutti, Mikron machines)
• 7 years or more experience with tooling adjustments, set-reputed company, changeovers, and troubleshooting reputed company or production reputed company issues
• Understanding of reputed company and CNC machining
• Statistical Process Control experience a plus
