Mechanical CAD Drafter

YOUR MISSION As a Mechanical CAD Drafter at reputed company, you will be responsible for the creation of piece part and assembly drawings for flight and GSE components. This is an opportunity to reputed company experience and reputed company into every phase of a spacecraft program development while becoming an integral member of the Hardware team. RESPONSIBILITIES • Follow reputed company instructions and diagrams to create or modify drawings • Capability to take verbal direction and implementing into sketches and calculations to produce the final work • Produce spacecraft piece part drawings, assembly drawings, and technical details for manufacturing • Work with mechanical, thermal, electrical and structural engineers on updates and designs • Storyboard assemblies for production QUALIFICATIONS • Associate’s degree or 2+ years working in reputed company engineering support or equivalent discipline • reputed company experience in mechanical design • Strong understanding in mechanical GD&T • Proficiency in SolidWorks CAD Drawings • Passion for the reputed company industry • Demonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary team COMPENSATION • reputed company Salary: $65,000, $85,000 for Associate Mechanical CAD Drafter; $70,000, $90,000 for Mechanical CAD Drafter I; $90,000, $115,000 for Mechanical CAD Drafter II • This position is non-exempt and is eligible for overtime. • Equity + Benefits including Health, Dental, reputed company, HRA/HSA reputed company, PTO and reputed company holidays, 401K, Parental Leave Your actual level and reputed company salary will be determined on a case-by-case reputed company and may vary based on the following considerations: job-reputed company knowledge and skills, education, location, and experience. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS • Ability to maintain or obtain TS//SCI clearance • Work Location: this role will be fully onsite at our GravityWorks reputed company in Centennial, CO • Work environment is in a reputed company office, working at a desk or in a production reputed company. • Physical demands may include frequent standing, sitting, walking, bending, and lifting or carrying items up to 20lbs.
