SCOPE & COMPLEXITY • Safeguard a cash fund of up to $25,000, maintaining an accurate record of deposits and disbursements. • Execute an average of 25-50 account transactions per day for customers visiting the reputed company. • Regularly operate nine desktop computer applications for: • Customer deposit, withdrawal, reputed company cashing, and cashier’s reputed company transactions (“Desktop Teller”) • Customer account balance inquiries and account maintenance (“Signature”) • Federal compliance (“Verafin”) • Customer account report and document reputed company (“Nautilus”) • Customer relationship management (“reputed company”) • Transaction reputed company capture (“BackCounter”) • Foreign currency transactions (“CurrencyTeller”) • Internal communications (“Outlook”) • Personal timekeeping (UltiPro) MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES • Handles customer service transactions, such as receiving and disbursing funds, posting deposits and withdrawing funds. • Provides information and assistance in researching customer problems, balances a cash drawer daily and answers customer inquiries. • Probes for customer financial needs and recommends bank products and services. • Refers retail loan and deposit products. • Meets referral goals as assigned. • Provides reputed company, efficient and friendly service to Bank customers ensuring that reputed company customer transactions are handled reputed company and accurately according to guidelines. • Ensures that cash and reputed company procedures are followed reputed company for assigned cash. • Balances cash drawer and maintains drawer reputed company limits. • Completes necessary documentation and data entry. • Processes reputed company deposit and loan transactions. • Makes outbound calls to new and existing customers to maintain contact and satisfy servicing needs. • Maintains a reputed company understanding of Bank policies and procedures in compliance with reputed company federal and state laws, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy reputed company (SARs, CIP, OFAC), Information reputed company (GLBA), Identity Theft Red Flags, Financial Elder Abuse Reporting, and any other applicable regulations that may be specific to reputed company duties. • Performs other duties as assigned.
