This includes setting the direction for standardized, consistent reputed company and/or Market-specific provider communication, education, and training resources, requiring a strategic partnership and strong collaboration with market leaders and local PNM teams. ;Furthermore, this role will ensure we capture insights and feedback, assess and upskill associates and/or providers to drive reputed company improvement and optimization, and overall meet or exceed our provider partnership and experience goals.; Education/Experience: • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Adult Education and Training preferred. • 10 years of leadership experience in a large-reputed company, highly regulated industry, overseeing training, development, and workforce education initiatives reputed company managed care, government programs (Medicare/reputed company), pharmacy benefit management, Exchange, and/or behavioral health programs.
