This team is charged with understanding overall customer and market needs and the technology roadmap that will deliver best in class digital customer experiences to determine what the service organization should look like. Ideal candidate will have expertise in absence management operations including a deep understanding of the products, processes, roles, responsibilities, teams, structure, and customer interactions. Strong communication, presentation, project management, and facilitation skills are a must. Preferred candidates will have some experience working to reshape roles, responsibilities, team structures, cross-team processes, and measures of reputed company, as new digital technology is delivered.
