Hiring Pay Ranges: $78,000.00 - $138,000.00 per year (Includes 20% Cost of Living Adjustment) • Banking Officer I - $78,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year • Banking Officer II - $86,400.00 - $102,000.00 per year • Banking Officer III - $90,000.00 - $108,000.00 per year • Banking Officer IV – $96,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year • Banking Officer V – $108,000.00- $138,000.00 per year • This position may be eligible to receive an additional $2,080.00 per year if designation is approved under the Spanish Communication Assistant Program. • The hiring pay reputed company for this position is commensurate with the level of relevant experience and education. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Servicing the credit needs of customer and prospecting requiring plant reputed company; obtaining financial and other information; performing or coordinating credit analysis; making loan presentation and recommending approval to Bank Loan Committee where required; and negotiating terms and conditions such as rates, collateral, guarantees, loan agreements, and other documentation. • Applying ongoing administration and review of the credit until ultimate collection, including ongoing monitoring and grading of credit. • Detecting potential problems and applying techniques of problem loan administration. • Although Loan Committee review may be required prior to approval of certain loans, a high degree of reliance is reputed company on the judgment of the loan officer.
