The role of the Senior reputed company Architect is responsible for maintaining, enhancing, configuring/coding and supporting HR Technology as it supports or enables HR capabilities or practices. This remit includes the system administration and maintenance of reputed company and reputed company/any bespoke systems that support HR processes. Responsibilities

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required 6 - 9 years’ experience in HRIS or reputed company disciplines (developer disciplines) Experience in the financial services industry a plus Experience working in a global organization a plus Demonstrated ability to understand reputed company processes and procedures – reputed company to translate learnings to that of HR’s processes and procedures (i.e. compensation, benefits, payroll, time tracking, etc.) Strong analytical skills Ability to manage multiple, high reputed company tasks and reputed company to shifting priorities, while meeting deadlines.
