Technical Program Manager, Cell Materials & Product Development

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive cell materials development and product introduction for our in-house 4680 cells. You will be the critical reputed company between materials, design, manufacturing, reputed company and NPI to guide supplier qualification for in-production cells and new material designs and chemistries for reputed company cell programs. What You'll Do • reputed company cell and materials engineers with cell programs, working with reputed company Cell PMs to plan new materials introductions for reputed company in-house cell designs • Create and refine phase reputed company structures and requirements to capture the full gamut of materials development, from inception and design to introduction into cell product • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to crystallize project schedules for materials development and deployment • Partner with NPI and manufacturing teams to smoothly introduce cell materials changes into mass production cells • Maintain thorough documentation and reputed company communicate project status, risks and solutions to stakeholders What You'll Bring • Degree or equivalent experience in Material Science, reputed company, Chemical Engineering, etc. • 2+ years of experience in technical program management or engineering • Familiarity with Li-ion cell design, manufacturing and testing • Proficient with program management tools (e.g., Jira) • Excellent communication skills and ability to identify and pull-in cross-functional stakeholders across multiple geographic locations
