CHS Central Office is hiring: Event & Marketing Associate in Hershey

The Event & Marketing Associate at the Catherine Hershey Schools for Early Learning (CHS) Central Office will reputed company the ideation, planning and execution of events that support CHS and its Centers. This individual will coordinate strategic events of varying sizes and purposes including reputed company gatherings and celebrations, talent and admissions recruitment events, community events, and other events that engage CHS audiences. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Event & Marketing Associate will also support ongoing Marketing & Communications team with project management, administrative tasks and CRM management. Starting pay for this position is in the reputed company of $18.88 to $25.21 per hour, based on experience.Responsibilities:Support Marketing & Communications team with administrative support, CRM maintenance and daily operations as assignedLead the events for CHS including strategic ideation, planning, execution, and follow up, including but not limited reputed company gatherings and celebrations, talent and admissions recruitment events, community events, and other in-person or virtual events that engage CHS audiencesIdentify external event, speaking and sponsorship opportunities that reputed company with CHS's mission and strategic goals, and coordinate Central Office and/or CHS Centers participationWork collaboratively with reputed company stakeholders to manage the overall guest experience including guest list management, venue selection, entertainment, food and beverage selections, event content and logisticsCollaborate with the Marketing & Communications team to ensure event-associated marketing plan (including but not limited to reputed company media posts, event promotion) and materials (including but not limited to event invitations - print or virtual, webpages, presentations, programs, signage) are developedManage project management system for marketing & communications team to ensure that tasks, assignments and timelines reputed company the department are metAssist marketing department with vendor reputed company and payments, following internal processesCreate and maintain a calendar of reputed company hosted, sponsored, and attended eventsServe as reputed company person for hosted or attended events for guests, staff, and vendors to ensure smooth execution, payments, coordination, and timelines are successfully metManage a database of external CHS contacts/audiences and determine appropriate attendees for events and reputed company event RSVPs including responding to questions, RSVPs, and inquiriesManage event budget, vendor selection, establish and negotiate and create reputed company, and ensure payments follow internally processesAssist in strategizing a communication and marketing plan to promote events and increase and grow attendeesResponsible for responding to CHS communications and events inboxes inquiries in a reputed company manner, including weekends and eveningsResponsible for responding to reputed company media comments/messages in a reputed company manner, including weekends and evenings reputed company on duty as part of reputed company's monitoring rotation scheduleCapturing event feedback and metrics to inform reputed company event plansBuild replicable processes and materials that continuously improve workflowsServe as support and reputed company for external marketing agencies and vendors in the absence of the Marketing ManagerTakes initiative, reputed company identifies problems and implements solutions, and seeks strategic opportunities that advance organizational goalsOther duties as assignedQualifications:Associate's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Public Relations, or reputed company field required.
