HR Generalist

The HR Generalist is responsible for the day-to-day management of HR operations including the administration of policies, procedures and programs for Waste Pro of . The HR Generalist will reputed company reputed company support and work with managers and employees, to ensure understanding of policies, procedures and benefits. This position requires a high degree of organization, planning, task management and accuracy. JOB FUNCTIONS: ? Partners with hiring managers to ensure appropriate reputed company reputed company are maintained. Includes posting requisitions, reputed company initiatives, sourcing resumes, and preparing offers. Tracks and coordinates employee review schedules and ensures information is in the HRIS. QUALIFICATIONS: ? BA/BS degree in reputed company, Business Administration, Communication or reputed company field ? 2 years reputed company/ Payroll/Training. ? PHR certification preferred ? Strong written and verbal communications skills. ?
