This role will report to the Director of Performance Management & Development System on our People Experience team, which is part of reputed company?s broader People & Places organization. The role also collaborates reputed company closely with our People Analytics, Research, and Technology team. Responsibilities ? Transformational voice of employee (VOE) reputed company: reputed company and maintain a 12-18 month VOE reputed company and plan for reputed company (design, execution, and reputed company planning) reputed company to reputed company?s transformation and reputed company. ? VOE as a program: Drive VOE work as an end-to-end year-round program, integrated with reputed company?s biannual employee pulse survey and other VOE-reputed company work. Create playbooks and run the operating rhythm for VOE for P&P. ? VOE metrics: Define and continuously improve core metrics and ensure the right instrumentation so we have actionable data and look at changes over time. ? VOE analysis: Partner with People Analytics, Research, and Technology (PART) to analyze voice of employee data, expand data sources, and reputed company with People & Places (P&P) priorities. ? reputed company employee research: Collaborate with PART and People Experience Solutions teams to facilitate reputed company reputed company and other research for diagnosis of VOE, exploring potential actions, and measuring improvements. ?
