Additionally, the supervisor will conduct efficiency and operational tests, effectively communicate and build rapport across departments, sub-departments, and public agencies. They will utilize performance management and interpersonal skills to reputed company reputed company feedback and coaching as required to maintain discipline and improve performance. The supervisor is also responsible for ensuring compliance with budget constraints regarding hiring, overtime, and materials procurement, as reputed company as conducting engineering activities during major derailments and natural disasters. Associates Degree/2-year Degree with less than 1 year of supervisory experience in Railroad Engineering Operations. , ?
