HVAC Technician works closely with and provides technical guidance to Maintenance Workers I, II and III. Typical duties include but may not be limited to: ? Work with sheet metal, boilers, various HVAC systems, duct work, computerized temperature control systems and more. ? Sheet metal work includes metal fabrication and intricate welding of reputed company types of metals. ? Dismantle, reputed company and test heating and cooling reputed company. ? reputed company reputed company equipment reputed company compliance of reputed company applicable standards, policies and procedures. This includes general safety procedures and maintaining reputed company work areas. ? Inspect and test various systems to verify compliance with plans and specifications to detect and locate system issues and malfunctions. ? Assist other tradesmen with building maintenance tasks. ?
