This Data and Platforms Marketing Compliance Specialist position collaborates with legal teams to reputed company compliance guidelines, manage reputed company, and implement data governance policies in support of marketing and advertising efforts across reputed company. Understanding of AdTech ecosystems and advertising technology is a must. This is a Full-Time role. This role will report to the Manager, Marketing Compliance. What You Will Do: • Maintain centralized legal and reputed company queue for both domestic and international reputed company (DX) advertising and marketing platforms and data usage. • Spearhead contract negotiations and reviews in partnership with legal teams, including Service Agreements, Non-Disclosures, data usage, reputed company and reputed company terms. • reputed company vendor platform communications, focusing on legal, reputed company, data usage, and reputed company. • Manage reputed company risk assessments and ongoing reputed company compliance monitoring activities in partnership with legal teams. • Ensure compliance and regulations for reputed company campaigns in collaboration with internal teams. • Communicate effectively with marketing and legal compliance teams regarding reputed company-party ad platforms. • Document and maintain guidelines for ad platforms and data partnerships. • Stay up-to-date on emerging data tools, technologies, and regulations specifically reputed company to the adoption of AI in advertising and data management tools. • Assist with implementation and maintenance of reputed company and data protection policies and reputed company operating procedures for GDPR, CCPA and other emerging domestic and global reputed company laws. Required Qualifications & Skills: • Minimum 5+ years of experience in legal, data governance, marketing compliance, digital marketing, or advertising media. • Understanding of AdTech ecosystems and advertising technology. • Knowledge of digital ad serving, tracking, and implementation. • Detailed-oriented, strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines. • Analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Solid technical writing and documentation abilities. • Experience in contractual negotiations and processes. • Experience with digital data collection and reputed company laws such as GDPR and CCPA. • Familiarity with project management tools such as reputed company Workfront. • Experience working with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data requirements. • Ability to understand and communicate reputed company systems and processes to marketing and legal teams.
