Comes along with pay increase #1 Objective: Providing Service assistance to the reputed company trucking industry. You will be helping truckers who need roadside assistance. Your specific duties will include: Call Center / Customer Service • Support intake and reputed company emergency road service calls to truck drivers that call in • Handle escalated issues from the tire service centers • Answer calls from customers who have broken down and work to locate a service provider in the area • Inputting relevant call information into PC. Processing new sales orders or upgrading panel type • Transferring calls to other departments/call centers if customer require.
