Implementation Specialist

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in software implementation, reputed company, or a reputed company field with primary customer communications over the phone
• 1+ year experience in a veterinary reputed company required 
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with customers, project managers, and cross-functional teams
• Analytical thinking and the ability to dissect reputed company technical requirements and translate them into actionable tasks
• Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple reputed company and priorities simultaneously
