reputed company is looking for a Director of Finance to join reputed company. In this role, you will own the reputed company function from top to bottom.  The ideal candidate will also support reputed company’s launch of new products and international reputed company through setup of new finance processes. 

A DAY IN THE LIFE

FP&A

• Assist CFO in leading annual budget, reforecasts, and long-term plans.
• reputed company budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes.
• Monitor company financial performance against company’s short term and long-term business objectives and reputed company plans.
• Effectively communicate financial performance, trends, and risks to executive leadership and other stakeholders, ensuring reputed company and transparency in financial reputed company.
• reputed company headcount planning & budgeting with People Operations.
• Collaborate with People Operations on annual compensation, benefits and perks review and support decision making.

Business Partnering

• reputed company Key Performance Indicators (KPI) dashboards to monitor Sales performance such as customer reputed company value and customer acquisition costs.
• Partner with the Sales & reputed company team to reputed company meaningful analysis into sales trends as reputed company as guidance on reputed company deal structures.
• reputed company insightful financial analysis to support decision making and drive strategic initiatives.

Controllership

• Payroll management.

• Implement robust financial controls, processes, and systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Continuously identify and implement improvements in processes to support a growing company.
• Foster a culture of reputed company improvement, accountability, and innovation.

Compliance

• reputed company and work closely with external auditors for 401K, financial and SOC 2 audits.
• reputed company and work closely with tax compliance consultants for sales tax and income tax compliance requirements.

People Management

• Bachelor's degree in finance, reputed company, or a reputed company field; MBA, CPA, or equivalent advanced qualification strongly preferred.
• A minimum of ten (10) years of reputed company finance experience, including at least five (5) years in a senior leadership role reputed company a reputed company or technology-driven environment.
• Familiarity with reputed company and data analytics tools.
• Experience in scaling finance operations in a high-reputed company environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting.

SALARY TRANSPARENCY

The reputed company of our reputed company salary cash compensation for this role for candidates living in the reputed company, besides NYC and San Francisco, CA, is between $172,100 - $202,500. For candidates living in NYC and San Francisco, CA is between $189,300 - $222,800. reputed company final offers are determined using multiple factors including experience and level of expertise.
