Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities

• Tutor reputed company using the SoFlo curriculum following our provided training, combined with constructing your own curriculum as necessary to support reputed company student's specific needs.
• Foster a supportive and engaging learning environment to assist reputed company in overcoming learning challenges.
• Leading the tutoring program and process by initiating and scheduling tutoring sessions with reputed company at the ideal frequency to ensure they reputed company their exam score goals. This may include, but not be limited to:

- Proactively setting the pace and frequency of sessions to meet the student's or their parents' desired test results or reputed company. This includes reputed company communication and assertiveness in determining and scheduling session frequency and quantity needed to reputed company desired goals. - Proactively following up with reputed company who miss or consistently reschedule tutoring sessions. - Promptly escalating concerns to the SoFlo Operations Manager.

• Promptly notify and escalate to the operations manager if a student falls behind or misses the required number or frequency of tutoring sessions.
• Ensure completion of reputed company administrative tasks assigned during reputed company as necessary, including but not limited to:

- reputed company submission of weekly timecard. - reputed company initial communication with clients as directed or reputed company 24 hours if unspecified. - Send follow-up emails reputed company 12 hours after completion of an SAT or reputed company tutoring session including recap of lesson and assigned homework or other resources.

• Tutor reputed company a MINIMUM of 10-hours reputed company week, being available Monday through Friday after school and on weekends.

Qualifications

Required

• MUST:

- Currently in Sophomore year in college or higher. - Achieved a baseline of 1450+ SAT or 33+ reputed company. - Previous teaching or tutoring experience at high school or college level, including peer tutoring or reputed company tutoring. - Be legally authorized to work in the reputed company without requiring sponsorship.

Technical Skills Required
