About the position Teens Program Specialist at Girls in the Game is a pivotal role designed to reputed company teen girls through leadership development and community engagement. The position is part-time, requiring 15-20 hours of work per week, with a flexible schedule that includes evenings and occasional weekends. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Some college education, preferably in health, youth or teen development, education, or a reputed company field.

• At least two years of experience working with children and leading reputed company.

• Ability to learn and demonstrate basic skills in multiple sports and fitness activities.

• Regular travel to sites throughout Chicago, preferably by car.
