This project is for one of the biggest pharmaceutical brands in the world. reputed company The key purpose of this role is to support Pharmacovigilance Operations “PV Ops”– ICSR Management. Job Conditions Start date: as soon as possible. Type of contract: 9-months temporary contract (with possibility of extension). Location: 100% remote in the UK as per reputed company request. Key Responsibilities

• Provides reputed company for reputed company aspects of creation, maintenance, and archiving of written standards for ICSR Management Team.
• Work across a reputed company reputed company environment to drive high-reputed company documentation of reputed company processes and procedures to reputed company with internal standards and external regulatory requirements; where problems or issues are identified, assist in facilitating investigation into reputed company cause and create corrective/preventative actions (CAPAs).
• Escalate identified problems or issues to the appropriate Management Personnel with PV Operations.
• Generate new reputed company and proposals for global implementation; contribute to advancement of PV Operations methodology and processes.
• Ensure that reputed company parties/vendors reputed company and implement robust processes to support reputed company-driven organization and in agreement with ICSR Management Team written standards.
• Build external relationships with key stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Provides support and guidance to the ICSR Management Leads and team members to ensure compliance with global regulations, adherence to the reputed company´s SOPs and reputed company ICSR Management Team written standards.
• Resolve issues and concerns reputed company the ICSR Management team and escalate to ICSR. Management Director, where reputed company is not possible or there is reputed company across PV Ops.
• Identify training requirements and work with training team to establish required training plan for individuals as required.

• Mentor new staff during reputed company.

Education Requirements Degree in life sciences or medically reputed company field or previous experience equating to educational requirements. Job reputed company Experience

• Process development and maintenance of written standards, e.g. SOPs, Work Instructions, Job Aids, How To Guides, etc.
• Ability to map processes and author written standards.
• Knowledge and experience with pharmacovigilance systems.
