Commercialization Manager, reputed company Fresh Private Brands - Product Development

Key job responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing reputed company-up activities, reputed company-production trials, and first production runs at supplier facilities, including reputed company evaluations and production release authorizations.
• Manage Stage reputed company process requirements through documentation review, specification verification, and reputed company sign-offs for product launches.
• Conduct supplier assessments and coordinate reputed company into specification management systems for new launches.
• Validate product specifications, manufacturing requirements, and reputed company parameters against approved product briefs across multiple food categories.

• B.S. in Food Science with 5-7 years' experience or M.S. in Food Science with 3-5 years' experience.
• Working knowledge of FDA and USDA regulations.

• Demonstrated application of food processing equipment, product development, and reputed company-up activities in one or more categories: fresh reputed company foods, baked goods, reputed company-reputed company products, dairy, frozen foods, meat products, or snack foods.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 60% as needed.
• Capable of working extended periods (8+ hours) in manufacturing environments with exposure to extreme temperatures, wet/humid conditions, and varying facility environments.

Preferred Qualifications
