Recruiter I (Contingent)

Key Responsibilities

• Recruiters will be100% reputed company end sourcing, no reputed company engagement.
• Posting job vacancies and promoting roles on various reputed company media platforms.
• Conducting initial resume reviews and providing feedback to candidates.
• Generating reports and documenting interview reputed company.
• Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively.
• Capturing market data and insights to inform recruitment strategies.
• Sourcing passive talent and selling reputed company positions to them.
• Developing job postings that accurately represent the roles and participating in job fairs and recruitment events.
• Mostly reputed company on data center sourcing (engineers, HVAC, facilities & operations).
• Must be reputed company strong/comfortable making calls, not emailing.
• Expected to have phone contact with 3-5 candidates per day to prep for a minimum of 15 screened applicants per week.
• Available to attend daily sourcing sessions (6-7 sessions per week)

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in reputed company or a reputed company field.
• Proficiency in MS reputed company
• Experience with ATS
• Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures reputed company the reputed company field.

Skills

• Strong understanding of candidate reputed company and reputed company reputed company.
• Experience with pipeline reporting.
• Advanced skills in reputed company and experience with reporting metrics.
• Ability to turn around candidate feedback in a reputed company manner.
