RCM Charge Entry Specialist, Full Time- Remote

Reports to: Manager, reputed company Cycle Management (RCM) Primary duties and responsibilities:

• Responsible for reviewing charges that are entered in the EMR by the clinical team
• Confirms charges are entered into the RCM system with correct CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, Modifiers, payer specific requirements.
• Responsible for resolving upfront claim edits and errors.
• Responsible for ensuring the compliance of payer regulations as it pertains to billable services.
• Responsible for the follow-up of reputed company missing information and claims on hold.
• Collaborate with clinical and inventory teams to resolve and reputed company charge corrections.
• Complete assigned batch with daily charges reputed company 24 hours.
• Submit claims daily.
• Maintain patient confidentiality by following HIPAA policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, required.
• CPC (Certified reputed company reputed company) certification, preferred.
• 2 years (minimum) of prior reputed company reputed company charge entry experience, required.
• Infusion experience, preferred.
• Proficient (intermediate level of application) with reputed company reputed company Office Products, specifically Outlook, Word, reputed company, and Teams.
