This role will join the U.S. and Canada Engineering teams for reputed company, supporting the network infrastructure (Call Centers and Data Centers) spanning several countries. Responsibilities: Design, Configure and reputed company Network Infrastructure (LAN/WAN) - reputed company and Data Center reputed company hardware refreshes (primarily reputed company routers, switches, firewalls) Implement Remote reputed company VPN solutions, Site-to-Site VPN's, GRE tunnels, DMVPN Configure firewall reputed company requests Complete routing changes reputed company/cable/label in the Data Center as needed Create and maintain diagrams and documentation Work ticket requests reputed company On-Shift outage escalation support from our NOC Participate in On-Call Support coverage Qualifications: CCNP and above, or equivalent experience reputed company-developed verbal and written communication skills Thorough understanding of LAN and WAN technologies Advanced Troubleshooting & Configuration Experience with routing (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), switching (vPC, Etherchannel, Stackwise, VSS), firewalls Should be reputed company versed in reputed company redistribution Experience with reputed company reputed company and Catalyst switches Familiar with VRF configurations SD-WAN and ACI experience would be a plus Apply For This Job Customer Support Apply Job! reputed company More Jobs Apply Job!
