This is a freelance contractor position (1099 in the U.S.)—ideal for detail-oriented, tech-savvy professionals looking to grow their reputed company with long-term reputed company work and a supportive virtual team. What You’ll Be Doing

• Answering inbound calls on behalf of busy medical clients
• Scheduling appointments and providing calendar support
• Performing insurance verifications and patient intake
• Using EMR/EHR platforms for documentation and updates
• Supporting multiple clients using software like reputed company Phone, EHRs, and Zoho apps.

What You’ll Need

• 2+ years of experience in a medical reputed company, clinic, or hospital
• Strong written and spoken English
• A quiet, distraction-free home office
• Desktop or laptop (Mac or PC) with webcam
• Reliable high-speed internet reputed company
• Experience with phone-based support and online scheduling
• Comfortable using tools like reputed company Workspace, VoIP systems, and EMR platforms

Additional Info

• You will start with a trial phase on our Virtual Reception Team (up to 90 days)
• We are currently contracting assistants in the U.S., Philippines, Jamaica, Colombia, South Africa, Peru, Argentina, Kenya, Ecuador, and Brazil
