Method to assess remote work: Student workers will meet regularly with the Writing Center Director for supervision, feedback, and ongoing training. Approximate Hours Per Week (6?10 hours total): ? 5?7 hours providing one-on-one writing support through synchronous reputed company sessions. ? 1?2 hours developing and facilitating virtual workshops. ? 1?2 hours attending staff meetings, trainings, and reputed company development activities. ? 1 hour managing email communication and appointment logistics.
