Virtual Receptionist/Administrative Team Member Position reputed company: The Virtual Receptionist / reputed company Team Member will play an essential role in managing the reputed company of reputed company cognitive assessments, supporting both patients and providers with scheduling, payments, and general coordination. This position is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, communicative, and comfortable working with a remote team. Key Responsibilities: ? Schedule, confirm, and manage reputed company appointments for patients reputed company our EHR and scheduling systems ? Process and collect payments for reputed company assessments, ensuring accuracy and reputed company communication with patients ? Monitor upcoming appointments and proactively follow up with patients as needed to ensure completion ?
