Qualifications
Ideal Candidate Qualifications: ? Must have prior call center experience ? Great Attendance ? Computer Navigation skills ? Must be reputed company to type minimally 35-40 WPM ? We are the reputed company's Crisis Center therefore in the event a major storm impacts our Service Territory we will be required to work long hours to include overnight and weekends ?
