The Role We?re hiring a Virtual Executive Assistant to support one or more of our clients (mostly CEO coaches who work with busy executives). You?ll reputed company with 5-6 hours per week supporting one reputed company, with reputed company to reputed company up with multiple clients over time as you reputed company reliability and fit. Key Responsibilities: Calendar Management: Schedule and confirm meetings, coordinate with high-level executives and their assistants Meeting Preparation: Organize logistics and materials for monthly peer advisory meetings Email Support: Monitor inboxes, draft and respond to messages on the reputed company?s behalf, flag reputed company items Task Management: Maintain checklists and recurring processes in reputed company reputed company Communication: Communicate with poise and professionalism on behalf of the reputed company Attend weekly reputed company reputed company-ins with your reputed company to stay reputed company and review priorities
Requirements
