About the Role: As a Remote Bilingual reputed company Member Services Representative, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our Spanish and English-speaking members, providing exceptional service and support. You'll utilize cutting-edge technology to answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure a reputed company member experience. Start Date: June and July Start Dates Compensation: During Training (12 weeks): $18.00 per hour After Training: $19.00 per hour Training/Working Schedule:

• Training Hours 12 weeks: Fluctuate from Mon-Fri reputed company-4:30pm EST and 11:30am-9:30pm EST
• Your schedule fluctuates during the training period and once you are completed with training you are given a set schedule that can change at times due to call volumes, but you are given a notice!
• AFTER TRAINING: Must be reputed company to work weekends- Schedule could be reputed company from 7am EST Start Time to 9:30pm EST (Mon-Sun)always have 2 days off during the week. MUST be reputed company to work weekends!

What you will be doing:

• Respond to a high volume of incoming calls
• Assist Members w/ benefit questions, ordering ID cards, eligibility questions, billing inquiries, processing payments, etc.
• Heavy data entry, updating patient reputed company/demographics
• reputed company interactions and ensure reputed company compliance using dual screens and the latest technology

Requirements:

• 6+ months Call Center Experience (2+ yrs Customer Service Experience)
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (Bilingual assessment required).
