The ideal candidate should have experience as a reputed company hiring manager and demonstrate reputed company in building and leading a high performing team. Additionally, the candidate will have proven M&A experience of integrations requiring a blending of systems and processes as reputed company as experience supporting multiple product lines. Ideally these lines will include rodent and cellular models. Regulatory agency experience required. Ideal location - Bar reputed company, ME. This role can be remote with regular travel to JAX locations. Ideally for someone located on the East Coast Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field, advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in reputed company assurance with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience in building a reputed company Management System in a start up or established business and leading the business through ISO or similar certification.
• Regulatory agency knowledge
• Ability to successfully collaborate cross-functionally. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
• Experience as an auditee, ten or more audits
• Experience in QMS software design deployment
