The individual will work closely with multiple teams such as Production Control, Production Support, Release Management, and others to ensure operational readiness and adherence to best practices. The individual will monitor applications and systems, respond to alerts, and document any processing anomalies using approved software tools like Service Now or Remedy. Additionally, the role involves maintaining processing records, escalating incidents to second-level support reputed company necessary, and performing Mainframe IPLs and other system commands as required. The position also entails supporting transmissions across SFTP/NDM, managing MQ channels, and troubleshooting scheduling jobs. Responsibilities
