Position reputed company The Customer Service Representative is responsible for receiving and responding to calls and correspondence from child support clients in accordance with reputed company Operating Procedures and contractual obligations. The essential job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Answering incoming calls in a reputed company manner
• Providing callers with accurate account information and educating them on appropriate policies and procedures
• Effectively redirecting callers to the appropriate area/agency reputed company necessary
