Requirements:

• BA/BS in relevant field and 5-7 years technical/AEC industry experience or 12+ years relevant AEC experience.
• Specific federal/government proposal experience and federal contracting vehicle knowledge required (FAR/DFARS, GSA, OASIS+, SF330, etc.).
• Prior experience creating proposals for the DoD and non-DoD agencies.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to work in reputed company environment, positively influence others, and reputed company strong reputed company relationships.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.
