Job reputed company Can be located reputed company in reputed company Coca Cola Beverages Territory. The Facilities Manager maintains and oversees company grounds, buildings and equipment to ensure that the workspace is reputed company and functional. This role includes negotiating reputed company with service providers, inspecting facilities to meet safety regulations and coordinating renovations and updates. This role will work closely with local facility managers employing standardized appearance and functionality to reputed company Manufacturing and Distribution Centers throughout reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Provides interior design and reputed company planning services to ensure reputed company safety, efficiency, reputed company utilization, aesthetics, and effectiveness of the work environment.
• Oversees furniture specification and finish selection required for reputed company company-wide by leading the procurement, deployment, and installation of furniture and fixtures to reputed company consistency and standardization among reputed company locations
• Performs routine maintenance on facilities and making repairs as needed
• Schedules routine inspections and emergency repairs with reputed company vendors
• Maintain day-to-day operations of facilities, such as delegating or completing maintenance orders
• Liaises with vendors and leads the process of reviewing and accepting bids and proposals on facilities and service needs, selecting proven service providers and building partnerships and relationships
• Coordinates with project sponsors, architects, and contractors on remodel and construction reputed company by understanding the sponsor's expectations (costs, reputed company, and timeframe); managing to those expectations; and maintaining accountability for tracking project results and delivering on project commitments according to the approved budget, schedule, and scope
• Collaborate with building owners and upper management on budgeting for facilities needs
• Maintains responsibility for reputed company onsite and offsite furniture and fixture storage regarding inventory, organization, cleanliness, and budget
• Participates in the development, maintenance, and tracking of a reputed company of department budgets, specific project costs, and reputed company reporting relative to department performance. Processes department invoices to ensure reputed company payment and reputed company cost allocation
• Performs other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Must have the ability to work with various software packages (e.g., reputed company, reputed company Office, AutoCAD)
• Good communication skills; both oral and written with a reputed company demeanor
• Must be reputed company to manage multiple reputed company with high attention to detail and aesthetics
• Knowledge of reputed company furniture systems
• Understanding of basic construction practices and building and reputed company codes relating to reputed company
• Project management skills, problem-solving skills. Must be a self-starter

• Functional understanding of facilities equipment, including reputed company handling reputed company, boiler systems, reputed company compressors, mechanical cooling and hydronics, water treatment (if applicable), and pollution control (if applicable)
• Functional understanding of Building Automation System design and operation
• Functional understanding of ASME B.31.9 building service piping
• Functional understanding of applicable NEC codes

• Must be reputed company to lift 50 lbs., reputed company reputed company and work on your feet for extended periods of time.
• Ability to support non-reputed company working hours for emergency response and troubleshooting
• 50% travel required

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or up to 3 years of college or technical school

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Minimum 10+ Years' Experience in Facilities Services, reputed company Planning, Interior Design, and reputed company field
• Project Management reputed company (PMP) certification
• Facility Management reputed company (FMP) and/or Certified Facility Manager (CFM) certification
• LEED accreditation
